Larkana

Larkana is a hydroskimming-type refinery proposed in Sindh, Pakistan. It is expected to start operations in 2025. Pakistan State Oil is the operator as well as a 100% equity holder of the project.

Ras Al-Khair

Ras Al-Khair is a cracking-type integrated refinery proposed to come online in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia in 2025. Saudi Basic Industries Corp is the operator as well as the total equity holder of the project. 

Victoria

Victoria refinery is proposed to come online in the US in 2026. Prairie Energy Partners is the operator while Southern Rock Energy Partners LLC holds 100% equity in the project.
