- In November 2023, the French government signed a five-year agreement with Action Logement, a financial services company, for residential construction projects in the country. As part of this agreement, EUR8 billion ($8.2 billion) will be funded for the construction of social housing units and EUR1.2 billion ($1.23 billion) for the renovation of housing units by 2028.
